Lo received a BFA(Fine Art) in photography, jointly presented by the RMIT University and Hong Kong Art School in 2015. She participated Artist in Residence at Shigaraki Ceramic Culture Park (Japan) in 2018 and 2019. Her work has been exhibited in Japan and Hong Kong.

She uses images, sound and ceramics to examine the complexities of childhood, the fleeting nature of memory, and the Hong Kong people introspection. Typically her work relies on a tension between an apparently approachable subject matter and a darker, sometimes disturbing subtext. Her work is a symbolic narrative of spirituality and perceptions of reality. She creates cinematic environments that explore how we interact with our surroundings.
